INTERACTIVE ACCOUNT MANAGER

Interactive Account Manager/Supervisor
Location: Philadelphia Area
Compensation: 70-90K

Successful Marketing Services company currently looking to strengthen their
Wilmington office. This cutting edge organization specializes in the
interactive marketing and advertising space while servicing the
healthcare industry and partners with leading pharmaceutical,
biotech, hospital and medical device clients - consistently
delivering unparalleled levels of strategic service, creative and
technological innovation that build richer and more effective
interactions between our clients and their customers.

Your role as an Interactive Account Manager/Sup:
Must have experience managing online and interactive projects in an
agency environment. The Interactive Account Manager works closely
with clients, as well as the account, strategy, creative, design,
and tech groups to develop and manage the planning and execution of
multiple projects at one time. This position requires ability to
work on-site, with occasional travel to client locations for meetings.


Responsibilities:

. Draft statements of work and scope definitions (deliverables, cost
and schedule)
. Manage budget/resource planning, allocation and management to ensure
profitability
. Manage large cross functional teams and maintain day to day
relationship with clients
. Track changes and project related tasks
. Work with account creative, client and media to obtain all necessary
information and specifications to produce deliverables
. Assist in developing effective documentation, including sales
proposals, creative briefs, project plans, site architecture and
requirements documentation
. Interface with clients and third party vendors
. Ensure quality of final deliverables

Qualifications:

· 3-5+year's internet account management/supervising experience
· At least 1 years of which must be at an advertising or
marketing agency
· Experience managing an in-house tech team on a project basis
· Experience in project management for a full range web
services and initiatives such as website development, viral and
rich-media, online advertising, SEO and MARCOM.
. The ideal candidate has pharmaceutical marketing experience
(e.g. direct-to-consumer, direct-to-professional, etc) and knowledge
of the regulatory process
· Experience working with internal teams on multiple project at once
· Background in media and traffic required
· Proven success delivering projects on time and within budget
· Proficiency in MS project, Word, Excel, PPT, Visio
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Excellent verbal, oral and written communication skills
· Research and analytical skills
· Bachelor's degree
