O3 World has hired Keith McGinnis as Director of Technology. Keith was the MIS Director for Review Publishing prior to this position. Alex Turbett was also hired as Marketing Associate.O3 World is a Web marketing, Web design and Web technology company located in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia. Founded in 2005, it provides traditional advertising services like branding and print development as well as specializing in the Interactive space. The agency is led by three owners, Keith Scandone, Michael Gadsby and Michael Terkanian.
